Prior to moving here I had a pleasure of working with Olivia who went above and beyond answering my 1000 questions I had, even when I dropped by unexpectedly she made herself available. After moving in I met the newest member of the team Rio, who was just absolutely great ! Always had a smile and made me feel welcomed. Even if he didnt have the answer to the rest of my 1000 questions he made sure to find the answer and follow up within a timely manner. Maintenance- very thorough and responded to my request almost immediately !! Everyone here is very welcoming and helpful, No better team can beat this one ! Glad to have the place I now call my home. Still trying to get used to the train noise but overall we love it here so far.

Abou has been so helpful ever since I have moved in for the last couple of years even when the staff wasn’t helping me when I needed help. He always ensures that everyone in the building is helped, he is a patient worker who does precise work. I truly appreciate how dependable and kind he has been over the years. His hard work, patience, and dedication do not go unnoticed, and I’m very grateful for all the help he has provided! Vitaliy is a great employee at the Platforms Apartments genuinely the most helpful maintenance worker. His work is very clean and precise, his positive attitude and dedication make a big difference, and he is truly a great asset to the team. He is great and makes the platform apartments great. Abou and Vitaliy work insanely well together, they are the best the Platform apartments employees has truly grateful for these two maintenance workers!

I've lived her for a little over 11 years. Management has changed up and down over the years. The current group seems good. One thing thats always been good is the maintenance staff (shout out to current Abu) as they've always fixed whatever has ailed my apartment. I chose this apartment for the convenience of being close to transit and the food across the street is a plus.

I love the location, it’s awesome to be able to walk out the front door and have choices of restaurants and bars all around you. The rooftop floor deck to watch the sunsets and the 4th of July watching the fireworks and Mt Rainier in full sight is amazing! The maintenance staff is super responsive and Olivia in the office is great! She is very helpful and personable.

Karina is amazing! She is always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I have questions or need assistance. She genuinely cares about the residents. She always takes the time to say hello, chat, and make my child feel special, which means so much as well!
